Colonial Nursery on South end of 7 Highway in Blue Springs specializes in mini plants and you can even ask them if they can order what you need for your wedding. Otherwise, there are some shops on Etsy.com that specialize in selling quantities of mini succulents for wedding favors. Good luck!
